This is a writ of error sued out and prosecuted by H. A. W. Tabor to reverse the judgment obtained against him in the superior court of the city of Denver by the Goss & Phillips Manufacturing Company. Three errors were assigned upon the record, viz.: First, the court below erred in overruling the demurrer inter*423posed by plaintiff in error; second, the court below erred in admitting in evidence the judgment against the Tabor Fire-Insurance Company in the matter of assessing damages against the plaintiff in error; third, the court below erred in admitting in evidence the policy of insurance.
