Sterling G. Dawson, II, has moved to suppress evidence resulting from his apprehension and subsequent interrogation. He stands indicted in the City of Roanoke for two robberies, using a firearm in the commission of arobbeiy, and unlawfully wearing a mask in public. He faces similar charges in the Counties of Botetourt and Roanoke. The court heard evidence and argument on the suppression motion on February 11,2003.
