At the time of his death on April 18, 1934, the only asset of the deceased was a certain parcel of improved real property located at 54 Seba avenue, Brooklyn, valued at $4,500. This was rented by the administrator, and has yielded a gross revenue, up to the time of the hearing, of $655. Aside from this sum, all payments for debts and funeral and testamentary expenses have been personally advanced by the administrator.
