SPEER, Justice.

This is a Workmen’s Compensation case, growing out of the death of William Woodrow Wilson from accidental injuries sustained while in the discharge of his duties as an employee of Hipp, Inc.

Deceased was a minor at the time of his death. He left surviving him his father, W. A. Wilson, and a dependent minor brother, Gordon Wilson. The father and minor son sought to recover compensation for the statutory period allowed by law, from Traders & General Insurance Company, carrier of compensation insurance for the employer, Hipp, Inc.
