The claimant, Marjorie Biggerstaff, appeals from the judgment of the circuit court denying her petition for sanctions sought pursuant to section 19(g) of the Workers’ Compensation Act (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1989, ch. 48, par. 138.19(g)) (hereafter referred to as the Act).
