This action was commenced in the court of common pleas for Richland county, S. C., by the service of a summons and complaint upon A. Barrow, the manager of the Barrow-Chevrolet Company; the latter company alleged to be the agent of the defendant, the Chevrolet Motor Company. The defendant filed its petition and bond for the removal of ■the cause into this court.
