¶1 A jury in the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, found Joshua Wayne Pol guilty of negligent vehicular assault and vehicular homicide while under the influence of alcohol, and the *323District Court sentenced him and entered judgment. Pol appeals. We Affirm.
