Plaintiff Regions Bank (“Regions Bank”), brings suit against defendant Wa-chovia Bank of Georgia, N.A. (“Wachovia Bank”) 1 to determine the validity, priority or extent of a lien on real property located at 2501 Henry Street, Augusta, Richmond County, Georgia (“Property”). Defendant A.
