Airman First Class Hector Gonzalez pled guilty to wrongful possession of marijuana in violation of Article 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 912a (2000). Gonzalez pled not guilty to wrongful use of ecstasy and carrying a concealed weapon in violation of Articles 112a and 134 of the UCMJ, respectively. 10 U.S.C. §§ 912a, 934 (2000).
