Menotte (“the Trustee”) filed her Trustee’s Emergency Verified Motion to Compel Appearance at Rule 2004 Examination and For Sanctions Pursuant to Local Rule 913(d). On October 15, 1998, the court held a hearing on this matter, at the conclusion of which it took this matter under advisement. 1
