— This is a suit on a policy of insurance. Defendant is a foreign insurance company licensed to do business in this State.

On June 3, 1916, defendant issued its policy of insurance in the sum of $3400, on the improvements upon the farm of D. B. Calhoun in Moniteau county, Missouri, against loss or damage by wind storms, cyclones or tornadoes for a period of five years. Among the items covered by said policy, and the only ones under consideration in this suit were $1,000 on a barn and $100 on machine shed and buggy house.
