MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

ALAN SHARP, Chief Judge.

Plaintiff, Ronnie L.R. Nixon (Nixon), filed his complaint pro se in this case pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 and 1986 for alleged violations of his civil rights as guaranteed by the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Indiana. The defendant, Sheriff Jan D. Rose (Sheriff Rose), filed a motion to dismiss pursuant to Rule 12(b)(6) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
