MASON, Justice.

This is an appeal by defendant-husband from a decree awarding plaintiff a divorce and attorney fees. October 4, 1967, Joan K. Lawler filed petition for divorce against John P. Lawler seeking custody of the parties’ children, allowance for their support, alimony, award of personal property, attorney fees and other relief, alleging in a single division, but in a separate paragraph, cruel and inhuman treatment such as to endanger her health and life and that defendant had since their marriage become addicted to habitual drunkenness.
