OPINION
WREN, Chief Judge.
Appellant, James Howard Blevins, was convicted by a jury of possession of a stolen motor vehicle in violation of A.R.S. § 13-672.01. 1 Two prior felony convictions were also proven and appellant was sentenced to imprisonment for a term of not less than 5 nor more than 8 years. We reverse on the ground that the evidence failed to establish that appellant possessed a “motor vehicle” within the meaning of the statute, and that the trial court therefore erred in failing to grant his motion for judgment of acquittal.
