On February 5, 2015, after a jury trial before Judge Kenneth M. Karas of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, the respondent was found guilty of (1) conspiracy to commit wire fraud and bribery, in violation of 18 USC § 371 (count one); (2) wire fraud, in violation of 18 USC § 1343 (count two); (3) use of interstate facilities to commit bribery, in violation of 18 USC § 1952 (a) (3) (count three); and (4) witness tampering, in violation of 18 USC § 1512 (b) and (c) (count five).
