Macon County and the Macon County Commission appeal from a judgment based on a jury verdict in favor of Armanda Sanders, administratrix of the estate of Michael Sanders, and from the denial of a motion for a directed verdict and a motion for a judgment notwithstanding the verdict or, in the alternative, a new trial.
