Appellant, Jacqueline M. Johnson, appeals from the order entered in the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas, which denied her petition to strike a default judgment entered in favor of Appel- lee, The Bank of New York Mellon f/k/a The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificate Holders of CWMBS 2004-R2. We affirm.
