Hallock v. Holiday Isle Resort & Marina, Inc.

Thomas Halloek appeals various trial court orders which dismissed a count for breach of contract and granted summary judgment on the count for breach of fiduciary duty. 1 We affirm the summary judgment, but reverse the dismissal of the breach of contract count.
