The appeal centers around the enforcement of a forum-selection clause contained within a contract executed initially between Norvergence Communications, Inc., and Secure Financial Service, Inc., and then assigned to Popular Leasing USA, Inc. Secure Financial Service, Inc. appeals the judgment of the Circuit Court for Frederick County, raising three questions for our consideration:
