Tamaz Trading Establishment (“Ta-maz”), a Saudi Arabian company, appeals the district court’s denial of its Fed. R.Civ.P. 60(b)(4) motion to vacate a $2,500,000 default judgment against it as void for lack of service of process. The district court granted the default judgment in favor of De Gazelle Group, Inc. (“De Gazelle”), a Florida corporation, on De Gazelle’s breach-of-contract claim against Ta-maz.
