Defendant Sean D. Crawford ("Defendant" or "Mr. Crawford") is presently serving a sentence of 96 months imprisonment, having pled guilty to one count of Conspiracy to Distribute and Possession with Intent to Distribute 500 Grams or More of Cocaine, in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(B)(ii), and one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition by a Person Convicted of a Crime Punishable by Imprisonment Exceeding a Term of One Year, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(1).
