This is a proceeding under the Workmen’s Compensation Act in which plaintiffs in error, respectively the widow (since remarried) and the minor child of Val Clark, deceased, as claimants, seek the reversal of a judgment of the district court which affirmed an award of the Industrial Commission denying death benefits to claimants. As stated by counsel for claimants, the sole question before us is whether there is competent evidence in the record to sustain the commission’s findings.
