This case is before the Court for decision following a trial before a Judge, sitting without a jury. Plaintiff, Ciba Specialty Chemicals Corporation (Ciba) seeks to quiet title to certain real property located in the City of Warwick against claims of Defendant, WP Properties, L.L.C. (WP).
