MEMORANDUM OPINION
DENNIS R. DOW, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on the objection to creditor Daimler Chrysler’s (“Creditor”) secured claim filed by debtors William Levi Ross and Chanelle Lashun Hill (“Debtors”). The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1334(b) and 157(a) and (b) and it is a core proceeding which the Court may hear and determine pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(B) and (L).
