HOFFMAN, Judge:

This appeal is from a judgment of sentence for driving under the influence of alcohol, 1 and homicide by vehicle while driving under the influence of alcohol. 2 Appellant argues that (1) the trial court erred in refusing to suppress results of a blood alcohol test; (2) trial counsel was ineffective for failing to object to: (a) the admission of the results of that test and separate blood typing tests; and (b) the presentation of certain expert testimony; and (3) the sentence imposed was illegal. 3 For the reasons that follow, we vacate the judgment of sentence for driving under…
