This is an appeal from orders of the county court of McLean county organizing the Sangamon River Drainage District, in said county, and confirming an assessment of benefits against appellant’s lands by the commissioners of said district. The proceeding was commenced by filing a petition for the organization of the district under what is commonly known as the Levee act. (2 Starr & Cur. Stat. 1500.)
