This action was commenced by plaintiff, Gonzaga University, a corporation, organized as an educational institution under the laws of tjie state of Washington, with its principal place of business at Spokane, in said státe. It succeeded to all the rights, title, property interests and franchises of Gonzaga College, also a corporation of the same place, in May, 1912.
