Roos v. Kircher Public School Board of Trustees, School District No. 3

¶ 1 The Kircher Elementary School District Board of Trustees (School District) did not renew the teaching contract of Judy Roos (Roos) and Roos appealed the decision to the Custer County Superintendent of Schools (County Superintendent). The School District filed a motion to dismiss arguing the County Superintendent did not have subject matter jurisdiction and the County Superintendent denied the motion.
