Tliis is an appeal from a judgment in favor of appellee, Robert M. Nicldes, in the sum of $2,650 for tlie death of liis eighteen year old wife, who was electrocuted when slie came in contact with an electric line maintained on appellant’s premises.

Appellant, R. H. Brakensiek, owns and operates a plantation in Crittenden County. Appellee and his father were formerly tenants on appellant’s farm.
