John Rose was brought to trial in Montgomery County on a bill of indictment charging the operation of. a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxi eating liquor. The jury returned a verdict of guilty. A motion for a new trial was overruled, and sentence was imposed. This appeal followed. As stated by appellant’s counsel, “the sole question raised and argued in this case is whether or not there is sufficient evidence in this record to sustain the verdict”.
