Introduction
Defendant and Debtor, Kathleen Weber (“Debtor”), moves the Court to dismiss the complaint (“Complaint”) filed against her by plaintiff, Chase Bank USA, N.A. (“Chase”). The Complaint alleges claims regarding the dischargeability of Debtor’s debt to Chase under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). Debtor contends that the Complaint should be dismissed as untimely pursuant to Fed.
