CARRIGAN, District Judge.

THIS MATTER is before the Court upon a motion by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS) to affirm her decision denying disability insurance benefits to the plaintiff, Frances Cassel.

Cassel contends that the administrative law judge (ALJ), who heard her case, abused his discretion and erred as a matter of law by failing to apply proper legal standards and by making factual determinations without considering certain evidence of her alleged disability.
