OPINION OF THE COURT

Memorandum.

The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed.

Although the court’s charge to the jury on intent refers to a "rule of evidence” to the effect that a person is presumed to intend the natural consequences of his acts, the court’s explanation of the rule makes it clear throughout that the jury had a choice and that it was for them to decide from all the circumstances in the case whether the People had met their burden of proving that the defendant actually intended the result.
