On August 2, 1920, appellant executed and delivered to appellee' his promissory note for $4",500, due on or before October 1, 1920. As collateral security to said note, ap-peliant delivered to appellee the note of one Wennblom for"' $4,500, dated August 2, 1920, and ciue October 1, 1920, bearing interest at eight per cent.
