The complaint before us, predicated on section 273 of the Debtor and Creditor Law, charges that defendant Jacob Glassman transferred a sum of money to the New York State Employees’ Retirement System, also named as a defendant, with intent to defraud plaintiff, his wife, and to prevent her from collecting certain amounts due her on judgments which she had previously obtained against him. In this suit, brought in the Supreme Court, she seeks a judgment setting aside that transfer as fraudulent and void as to her so that she may receive from the fund transferred the amount of her judgments.
