KELLER, Justice.

I. INTRODUCTION

A Laurel County Circuit Court jury convicted Appellant of First-Degree Fleeing or Evading Police and Felony Receiving Stolen Property, found Appellant eligible for enhanced sentencing as a First-Degree Persistent Felony Offender (PFO), and recommended consecutive terms of twelve (12) years and six (6) months imprisonment for each offense. At final sentencing, the trial court sentenced Appellant to ten (10) years for each offense, and ordered the sentences to run consecutively for a total sentence of twenty (20) years imprisonment.
