White v. Hamilton

A question arose, whether an execution could be served on the lands of the defendant, a bankrupt, on the following facts.

The plaintiffs commenced a suit in the Common Pleas of Philadelphia county, against the defendant, and on the removal thereof into the Supreme Court, judgment was obtained *1833d April 1785.
