MORROW, Presiding Judge.
— Under an indictment for murder, appellant was convicted of manslaughter; punishment fixed at confinement in the penitentiary for a period of two years.
The appellant shot and killed Bethel Blackmon, his uncle. The homicide took place at the home of the deceased, where appellant also lived. Appellant was working for the deceased under an agreement by which the appellant was to receive the proceeds from a certain number of acres of cotton.
