NATURE OF CASE
Mark W. and Patricia W. are the natural parents (collectively the parents) of Lisa W. and Samantha W. (collectively both children). The parents appeal from the December 31, 1998, order of the separate juvenile court of Douglas County which terminated their parental rights to both children pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292(2), (6), and (7) (Reissue 1998), and continued the custody of both children with the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services.
