Plaintiff, John Falgoust, brought this suit to recover workmen's compensation for 400 weeks claiming that he has been totally permanently disabled to do work of any reasonable character as a consequence of an injury sustained to his left elbow while performing duties as a skilled carpenter in the employ of Turner Construction Company and Raymond Concrete Pile Company. In addition to his employers, he joined their compensation insurer, Maryland Casualty Company, as a defendant to the action.
