Darrell Taylor brought this personal injury action against AmericasMart Real Estate, LLC (AmericasMart), and Defender Services, Inc. (Defender). AmericasMart owns commercial buildings, including the Apparel Mart in downtown Atlanta. AmericasMart entered into agreements with Defender under which Defender provided janitorial services to the Apparel Mart and other of AmericasMart’s buildings.
