This is a suit in equity brought in October, 1889, in the Circuit Court of Preston county, by Susan C. Lang and others against Worth,, Smith, B. B. Smith, Charles P. Smith, and W. P. Smith, to set aside as invalid a certain deed made by the father, John M. Smith, to his two sons Worth Smith and B. B. Smith, for a certain tract of land of about one hundred and seventy two acres, and for partition of the same among his heirs.
