In 1993, the petitioner was convicted of conspiracy in the second degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree. The indeterminate sentence imposed on the conspiracy in the second degree conviction was directed to run concurrently to the indeterminate sentences imposed on the criminal sale of a controlled substance in the second degree convictions.
