This action was brought by plaintiffs-ap-pellees Farhad F. Ebrahimi (Ebrahimi) and Mary Patricia Ebrahimi (wife), individually, and Farhad F. Ebrahimi as assignee for Farroch and Hannelore Ebrahimi (brother and sister-in-law), Rokhsareh Zia Ebrahimi (mother), and Reza G.
