Petitioner Michigan Gas Company (“Mi-Gas”) petitions for review of two orders of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (“FERC” or “the Commission”) authorizing construction by ANR Pipeline Company (“ANR”) of a new delivery point for natural gas. The Commission gave its approval over the protest of MiGas, which intervened at the agency proceeding.
