This is an appeal from a. judgment rendered upon a jury verdict in a workman’s compensation suit filed by appellee, Oran Monroe Stilwell, against appellant, Texas Employers’ Insurance Association, seeking total and permanent disability benefits by reason of an alleged injury he sustained on December 17, 1955, in Lubbock County, Texas, while employed by Luther Transfer and Storage, Incorporated, with appellant herein as the insurance carrier. The case was tried to a jury as a result of which ap-pellee was awarded compensation for total temporary disability for 104 weeks…
