On August 10, 2007, Plaintiff John A. Deep filed the instant appeal of an order entered in the above-captioned Chapter 7 case by the Honorable Robert E. Little-field, Jr., U.S. Bankruptcy Judge, on July 2, 2007. See Notice of Appeal (Dkt. No. 1, Attach. 1); Bankruptcy Order (Dkt. No. 1, Attach. 2).
