Claimant Ana M. Miocic (“Plaintiff’ or “Claimant”) brings this action under 42 U.S.C. 405(g), seeking reversal and/or remand of the final decision by Michael J. Astrue, Commissioner of Social Security (“Defendant” or “Commissioner”), denying Claimant’s application for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”).
