I. INTRODUCTION

Before the Court is defendant Farmers Pride, Inc.’s Motion to Decertify the Collective Action Class. (Doc. 432.) Plaintiffs, current and former employees of defendant, have brought suit under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) on behalf of themselves and others “similarly situated,” as provided for in 29 U.S.C. § 216(b).
