After much consideration of this case, we are of the opinion that the judgment below should be reversed, and a new trial awarded for two reasons, either of which is sufficient to require that result.' The first ground is error in the first two instructions given by the court to the jury, for plaintiff below; the second, error in the admission of testimony for the same party.
